On 10 acres, 233 residential units are mixed as an infill project of row townhouses and vertical condos. The townhomes are sited in a traditional style of homes and “mews” linking the community together through pedestrian and landscaped spaces. Common areas are designed with dramatic paving accents, fountains, custom planters and colorful plantings. A contemporary and a colorful tile fountain announces the home community in dramatic fashion. A large recreation center includes a lap pool, spa, picnic and BBQ areas. Palms and colorful planting highlight the recreation area. Textured accent paving was used throughout the development. Tight planting spaces required close coordination of the consultant team for the placement of lights, trees, drainage elements and irrigation.
