Specialty Café and Bakery is on a nationwide building expansion. Robert Mowat Associates have been retained by the company to help create landscape concepts that fit within the company’s vision of blending old world food techniques with modern technology. Numerous culinary creations are baked and prepared each day within individual store locations. RMA‘s landscape concepts built upon their culinary vision by designing appropriate landscape solutions that appear traditional while responding to modern environmental constraints. While located throughout the U.S., each RMA designed landscape is respectful of water use and the amount of maintenance required for the plantings while not sacrificing beauty and aesthetic appeal. Robert Mowat Associates reflects Specialty’s food vision by utilizing modern materials and forms while using traditional building materials such as wood, stone and steel in new and exciting ways.
